Speaking confidence that feels like fun
Our workshops are hands-on, friendly and free. You will move, play games, share stories and practise speaking — in a small, kind group.
Small steps, big difference
Many people feel nervous about speaking up — especially in a new country or a new language. That is normal. Nerves mean it matters to you.
In our workshops you learn simple tools that actors use every day. How to breathe when you feel nervous. How to stand so you feel strong. How to use your voice so people listen. How to tell a story about your life, your work or your ideas.
You will not be asked to do anything you do not want to do. You go at your own pace. Watching is fine too.
- Feel calmer when you speak to a group
- Speak more clearly and be understood
- Tell your own story with confidence
- Get ready for interviews, meetings and appointments

Six themes, one confident you
Our themes are adapted from a full speaking confidence method, made simple and playful for everyone.
Getting comfortable
It is OK to feel nervous. We get used to stepping out of our comfort zone — together.
Your story
Everyone has stories. We find yours and learn how to start, build and end it well.
Your body
How you stand and move changes how you feel — and how others see you.
Your voice
Speed, volume, pauses. Simple ways to be clear and easy to understand.
Your mind
Tools to stay calm and kind to yourself when speaking feels hard.
Speaking up
Putting it all together — for an interview, a meeting or a moment that matters to you.
Good to know
Does it cost anything?
No. Workshops are free for everyone who takes part. There is usually tea and something to eat too.
My English is not very good. Can I still come?
Yes. Many activities use movement, gesture and play, not just words. We speak slowly and clearly, and we help each other. Where we can, partners help with other languages.
Will I have to speak in front of everyone?
Only when you are ready. You choose how much you do. Many people start by watching and join in later.
Will you take photos?
Only with your clear permission, and you can say no. We never share photos that could put anyone at risk. You can change your mind at any time.
Is the venue accessible?
We work with partners to choose welcoming, accessible venues. Tell us what you need and we will do our best to make it work.
How do I join?
Most people join through a group or charity they already know. You can also contact us directly and we will tell you about workshops near you.
Ready to give it a go?
Get in touch and we'll tell you about the next workshop near you.
